Just info. I did a little searching and the company Central Mowers Inc. has the same address and one reference said, allegedly, the dot com you listed was their online counterpart. Neither name showed up with any complaints at the BBB in the last 3 years in an online search. www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-reviews/lawn-mowers/central-mowers-inc-in-white-plains-ny-27120Unsure how OLD the company is though, I didn't look, Sorry. I'd be tempted to call the local Chamber of Commerce office for any information. White Plains is reported as about half the size of South Bend, big but not huge. Local info might be of use......IF they will offer such with a polite request for such. Shouldn't be too tough to locate the office I'd think. God Bless

Just for the record, both the "iffy" results from the two links (this one, and the other one above) are both about a place in UTAH.......not New York and a google search for that web address only shows the one in NY. Wires got crossed somewhere but they are not reporting on the same business nor location. I may have missed it but I'd call about the green card money pak and if that's the ONLY method they take. The money pak is great for people who DONT HAVE a credit card and wish to order things online and one is needed. They pay up front but NO information is REQUIRED to get one on the person's location and I'd guess that is why when they accept one, they ask for PROOF of where the person is and / or who they are. That said, if that is the ONLY card they will accept??? NOPE........not me, but I've used the Green Dot money pak card. Pricey with fees unless getting something larger but....still an option for those who don't have and use one regularly AND for those that prefer using one for SAFETY. Since it's a PRE-paid card I know some that use it so the info isn't stolen and they end up losing money. There is no money available IN one unless someone pays cash for it to be there. Steal the card or the info.......and you have ZIP. Can't get a dime. I know several folks that use one for major purchases online for just that reason. Safety. They will NOT put their regular credit card on anything online so use the Green Dot Card. God Bless

Steve,
I'm still leery. An $800+ mark down just doesn't jive..

If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. There are far too many red flags here for my taste.

In a different vein: Harbor Freight Tools has a bottle jack operated riding mower/ATV lift on sale for $99, they sell for $200 and up everywhere else. Many of them also use a screw mechanism for lifting and lowering, finding one with a jack lift and 300 lb capacity for that low was too good to pass up. I ordered one yesterday after checking reviews of the product, it came to $114 delivered to my door.
