My buddy is just getting into bow hunting. He's practiced with a friend's old PSE to see if he would enjoy the sport enough to continue. He loves it and is now looking seriously at the Attitude and maybe opting for the Authority. I shot both at the range and was pretty impressed. I'm just wondered if anyone here had any thoughts??

I know this is late, but being the bows seem very comparable except for $100 difference in price, I'd pick the Attitude. The adjustable draw length is a very good feature, particularly for a beginner. The brace height is fairly generous, which will go a long way toward accuracy. It is also plenty fast.

Don't know anything about them, but FYI midway USA has the Bear Anarchy 50%!

To update, my buddy ended up with the Authority. He had called Gander and they said they were holding the Attitude for him. When he got there, no Attitude to be found. They ended up admitting they "screwed up" and he got the Authority for the $400 price tag. So far, he loves it! And I must say I am very impressed with the way it shoots. We'll see how deer season plays out.
