Morrison, you replied:
"A lifetime license only has a date of birth and name. An annual license will have name, address, date of birth, height, weight, ect. We typically ask for ID to compare to the lifetime license due to the fact it doesn't provide enough information to identify the person in possession of it. I have heard 'rumors' of people hunting using another persons license. The officer is being thorough in his responsibilities. "
I agree with you 110%, and have no issues at all with the due diligence that the officer showed. I'm just trying to get a yes or no answer to potentially eliminate any problems in the future. I have a lifetime license, and carry it in my wallet with all my I.D.
Let me rephrase the question. When hunting and you have a lifetime licesne, is having another form of ID on you a requirement? Yes/no.
I agree with you, that when hunting with a lifetime license, it would be a wise decision to have another form of ID on you to prove you are who you say you are, but I didn't know if it was a requirement or not.

I apologize for any misunderstanding on my part and especially the part where I did not actually answer your question.
NO, you are not required to have another form of Identification.
