OK...Us deer hunters did all we could to help Jon along on his quest for a deer and he came through in spades.
Now it is up to the waterfowl hunters to take him under their wings and get him his first goose, duck, whatever..It'll take some doing to top this one though...

Can I just say this thread is a perfect example of why this is the only forum (besides Antler Talk) that I even bother to post on any more. There is more true caring and sharing spirit among members here than any of the other sites. I am proud of Hunting Indiana!

Congrats on your deer. He's a fine one and the only thing(s) better than the deer itself, are the friends you've made, the memories created and one h*ll of a story you'll tell forever.
One last thing I'd like to say that kind of mirrors what Metamora said. The guys on this forum tend to get along better and help one another more than any other forum I've ever posted on.
