You mean you didn't stock up after the Kenyan formally announced that he was seeking re-election, and components were in stock? Nope, wasn't thinking.

I can't help but feel sorry for all those folks buying up AR-15's, but unable to find .223 ammunition for their purchase.

All this time that folks have been wanting to buy supplies and can't because there doesn't seem to be any should stash that money and more, until the supply system is back up and running. Don't impulse buy, just check all your sources on a regular basis, and buy when the price is right. And don't buy into what got you here in the first place, "that's all I need for now" mentality. 8lbs. of powder instead on just 1 lb. Get your primers by the case when they come back, same with brass and bullets. Does it hurt to buy that much, darn right it does, but it feels so good when the next shortage comes around and you're still sitting good on your inventory.

Loading up on .22 Mag here -I can still find it cheap, I have a good rifle and pistol and it will do a lot of jobs. Doesn't take up much space either. I always figured that if I had to go on the move I could take 1000 rounds. Try carrying 1000 rounds of .45 or whatever. But that is just my emergency plan. I have a fair amount of 9mm and.38 etc.
What do other guys do? = What do you guys do?

Good grief, I'm loading '06 and .308 for less than that per round. Glad I was buying in quantity years ago.
