Hey Buddy! Hope all is well! I have a stainlees steel Brinkman that was relatively inexpensive that works on charcoal or electric if ya wanna come over and take a look at it. I love to cook whole chickens on it! I have done ribs, pork loin, and store bought duck, closeout sale from Meijer's, and they all came out great!

I love my masterbuilt electric smoker, no need to babysit it to make sure the temp is right. just set the temp and the timer and make sure it has wood chips in it for ur smoke, it has a meat themometer inside so u dont have to open it to check it to check the meats internal temp.

I bought a Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain Smoker on sale from Rural king 6 years ago. Works on gas and comes with 4 grates, I made 2 more. I have used this a lot and have been very pleased.

Heres my suggestion. Ive used large smokers weve built (500 gallon) and small ones. This one works well and with only one bag of charcoal I can smoke all day long at 175-200 with minimal effort.
