I'm curious as to how many deer you seen last fall that you feel would have been 125" or better. How many do you think you might see on an average year? Thanks! (I'm just curious and really don't want this to turn into an OBR debate. So I would appreciate it if we could save those comments for another thread. )

Sightings for me was very sparse ths year, but I attribute that to the EHD. On an average I see 8 to 10 125+ bucks a year.

Well thanks to the OBR........ Just kidding
I saw 4 that would go 125 + (counting the one I shot) and one of those I am guessing to be over 160.

One or two, maybe a couple more. But then again I wasn't in the woods as much as I would have liked. I haven't measured my buck from last season but it might reach the 125" mark, but it will probably be an inch or two shy...

One. That's about typical. I used to see slightly more than that when I hunted in Decatur county. Of course, I am only counting deer that I got a good, clear look at, not fleeting glimpse. In 2006 I saw four trophy class deer, which was a lot for me.
I've always been skeptical of these folks that tell me they pass three or four 130" deer waiting on a "big one." If they pass that many bucks within range they must be seeing 50 total. That and these guys can also tell you exactly how many points every buck had. It's never too dim or too brushy. Hmmm.....

I saw probably three that would go over 125" including the one I missed with my bow.

I saw 3. 2 that there was no question about and 1 that was right there at 125. To bad I was not good enough to harvest any of them.

Didn't see one on the hoof this year but I have pictures of 4 different ones 2 just before bow season and 2 during gun season. My timing was generally off this year.

I had between 15 and 20 different bucks come into bow range this past season. Only one of them would have gone 125 inches or better.
