apples, , diet dew, water in the backpack bladder, crackers, sometimes jerky. If I'm in a blind, I will carry my little camo cooler and fix a couple of sandwiches.

I usually sit all day on Saturdays. So, that morning the pack is 1 apple, 2 packs of peanutbutter crackers, 5 hostess mini donuts, ziplock sandwich bag full of frosted mini wheats. 2 bottles of water and 2 empty gatorade bottles for when ma nature calls. I usually don't eat half the stuff and drink only 1 water. Good hunting.

One of those packaged apple pies. It will fight off hunger for hours. I also like to take an apple.

For a quick meal try a Cliff bar - it fills me up and with a bottle of water I can sit all day.
