BTW - I'm going to cook the Friday evening meal ahead of time. All we will have to do is warm up the boneless ribs. I think we will have enough going on that evening without cooking.
I've got a 30" by 72" folding table we can use as a serving table.
Timex,
Do we have enough pots, pans, crockpots, deep friers, spatulas and serving spoons, etc. for this menu?

I have plenty of cooking and heating pots and pans. I plan to use throw away plates for most of the meals to keep dish washing time down.

I've also got at least one maybe two turkey friers here, i can bring along. I also doubt one bird will be enough for 20+ folks, i can bring one as well. I just need to know in advance so i can let the cajun soak, for a day or so into the meat

Right now we have 10 youth hunters and hopefully 10 mentors with them.
That is 20.
Helpers - I count 7
27 total as of now.
There might be some last minute drop outs.

Ok, what about plates and utensils? Do we all need to bring our own? Are we gonna have paper plates and plastic utensils? I would be happy to volunteer to bring some for the weekend.

Is the camp kitchen stocked with plenty of pots & frying pans to prepare the meals for this size group? The kitchen is stocked well, I think we'll have everything we need to cook with. I'll also have a gas grill outside and a two burner gas stove outside for heavy frying. We could use some throw away cups and some paper or styrofoam plates just to keep from washing so many dishes. So, I have some but might not have enough. Walmart isn't too far away though.

I've been cleaning out my garage and shed. In my "camping supplies" I found a 12" by 20" griddle that will be great for frying up a pound or two of bacon at a time..
