What really helps me is to always keep my toes part off of the metal stand. I stand 99% of the time so I always hang my toes off the edge.

2000 Gram Thinsulate Guide Gear knee high rubber boots. The key is to not over-do it with multiple layers of thick heavy socks which causes excessive foot sweat. Thin pair of Thinsulate socks against the skin & dependending on the temps either a medium or heavy outer pair.

I only wear thin cotton socks like I do every day. Most don't realize you are making your feet sweat by putting on multiple layers of socks and tight boots.
