Just a couple of questions .....
How do you know he doesnt have a birth certificate?
How do you know where he was or was not born?
Im just asking. Perhaps I am naive but I still have a little trust in our nations checks and balances.

No, the SCOTUS only declined to hear an emergency appeal by a New Jersey man. They decided nothing. HUGE difference. Correct. I should have worded my post differently. Possibly they looked at as a frivolous lawsuit driven by imaginative Internet bloggers that had no substance.

Perhaps I am naive but I still have a little trust in our nations checks and balances. It might be the $800,000 he has spent in lawyer's fees to keep from presenting his Birth Certificate?? His certificate of live birth that he has presented is not good enough. They were handed out on request and does not certify that a child was actually born in Hawaai. His certificate of live birth states his father's race as African. NO ONE in 1961 used African to desrcibe the black race. It was either negro or colored. "African" is not a race. There are many, many white Africans. When the Dems questioned McCain's birth place (Panana Canel Zone) he produced his birth certificate the next day. Something is fishy here and the SCOTUS is chickening out..

In todays world there are no secrets. If there was any substance to the claims there would be some concrete evidence to back them up by now.
Good enough for whom?
Assumption based on nothing .... just like these lawsuits.
Look, I dislike him as much as the next guy, but I base my dislike on substance rather than hoaxes.

Kind of tough to get "concrete evidence" when he wont produce a real Birth Cerificate. I had to do that to get a Passport, but I gues being POTUS is not that important...Good enough for whom? It wouldn't get my passport for me. I needed a Birth CertificateAssumption based on nothing .... just like these lawsuits. It does raise a question though doesn't it? Why a 2008 politically correct race definition in 1961?Look, I dislike him as much as the next guy, but I base my dislike on substance rather than hoaxes. My dislike is on substance too. This is just more against him for me. Again, if this is all "hoaxes" why doesn't he just produce the birth certificate? That sounds simple enough, right? Why spend $800,000 in lawyers fees fighting showing it?
