I've used a number of different scent killer sprays but usually buy whatever is on sale. I've had luck with all of them, but was wondering what experience others have had. Have you had better luck with one brand over another? Any suggestions on what you think works best?

The only thing I'm using the last few years is cover scent for my boots. I always hunt the wind. The best cover scent I ever used was Tinks Synthetic Red Fox Urine. That stuff was great. Evidently no one else thought it was because they quit making it. h.h.

Hard to tell really. You would have to get a deer downwind of you to have a decent opinion in my opinion. I go through to whole scent free routine and also buy what is on sale just because

All clothes washed in Scent away soap and dried with dirt dryer sheets then put in X large ziploc with dirt wafers. Shower in Scent away green soap then put on street clothes that have been washed in scent away soap. Put on camo at hunting area and spray down with scent away spray. use dirt or white acorn wafers in the tree. Closer to and during rut I may put out some tinks 69. I have had as many as 16 deer in bow range in a day 1/2 of them down wind using these methods. I hunt 17' up from fixed stands. Works for me Never put much stock in charcoal suits.

I just use some scent spray that I make. I will make me another batch at the end of this month to use for this hunting season.

My hunting buddy swears by Marlboro lights. Hard to argue with him, as he has many large deer on his wall.

I have been associated with Wildlife Research Centers for MANY years. I have used ALL their scent control products with OUTSTANDING success..
Whether you use W.R.S. products or another brand, I personally feel you will be stacking the odds in your favor IF you use everything available to you to counteract the human scent.
My success ratio has increased dramatically since I started using the products and it can help you also.
GOOD HUNTING... Bud Fields

I swear by Hawg's Vanishing Hunter. One of the only that is safe for clothes and skin as well as being able to gargle with the stuff.

I shot A 190" last year. He got downwind of me then came in to investigate my rattling, I believe he would have never came in had he smelled me, DUH. Fact of the matter is he didn't, needless too say I had doused myself with SCENTKILLER as soon as I got up in my stand. No Doubt It Works!

I like the "dead down wind" products, a little pricey, but the best stuff I've used so far.
