I just got back home from voting!
I left the house at 5:30am, thinking i would beat the crowd.
I arrived at West Newton School, the place I voted in the primary, the line was out to the parking lot and the polls didn't open for another 20 minutes.
About 10 minutes later officials came out and made an announcement......seems my precinct was moved to Camby Community Church.....two blocks from my house!
So back to the truck and off to Camby Community Church........
I didn't know that many folks lived in Camby! When I arrived at the church there was only a few parking spots left.......I waited in line and was finally the 33rd person to vote in my precinct.
It is going to be a all time record turn out!
Be prepared to wait BUT PLEASE DO VOTE!

I voted early last week when I got off work at 3:30 at one of our Payless stores-still had to stand in line for 30 minutes then and the line was longer when I left.

The wife and myself will proudly cast our ballots for John McCain and Sarah Palin about 11 am this morning.
Hopefully the crowds will be died down by then.
We will vote, no matter how long it takes.

In and out of my polling location in 10 minutes.... I closed my eyes and said a little prayer before hitting the Repub. button! Hoping for a small miracle that B.H.O. comes up short!

Longest we ever waited. Over 90 minutes. Surely you know who we voted for....Bad thing is we were behind a Mitch hater all that time and he wouldn't shut up.
