I think they do.
Most quality makes/models offer at least a 10 year if not lifetime warranty. I have dealt with Steiner warranty in the past as well as Pentax. Both offered excellent service.

I have Nikon ATB 8x42's. Love them. I don't enter the woods without them. A lot of bino for just under $300.

I have an older pair of zeiss hand me downs that are pretty good, but bulky. I noticed at my local Sam's club they had steiner predators for 149 bucks. I'm seriously thinking about buying the steiners.

What size Predators?
I have the compact 8x22's and they are just a notch above being completely unusable. No light gathering at all, difficult if not impossible to get them to stay focus adjusted for both eyes and just an overall pain in the butt.

I'll look today. I think the objective is 30 something. Thats surprising. I've always read good things about steiner.

This is a great read. Thanks for all the info guys, I will be buying a new pair soon and while I won't be getting pier 1s I do want a decent set. Since I do a lot of bird watching I think 8X will be my maximum. Now just need to decide which one I can afford. Had my fill of Wally World specials.

My next pair will be a set of Swarovski, Leica or Zeiss small scale pocket type binos in about 8x30 for bow hunting. When the foliage is on, you don't need the 10x42's. Plus I'd like to have something lightweight.
Like someone else said .... I won't go hunting without binos. In my opinion, they are nearly as important than your firearm. You use binos many times throughout the day, every day, but may only use that firearm one shot all season.

The Canon 10x30 Image Stabilization binos are great at $450 a set. you can watch wildlife without the shake and wobble.
