Anybody have any good recipes? ?? I tried it at the Oyster Bar the other day and I loved it.

At the risk of stating the obvious (which I would hate to do ), maybe you could find a lobster or crab bisque recipe and season it the same way. Bisques are quite delicious though. Reminds me of that creamy soup they serve at the Bonefish Grill, although that one has corn and a little bit of spice in it.

Most bisque are made from the heads and shells of either lobster or shrimp. Boil them in water to cover for 1/2 hour or so then strain out the shells and add cooked meat and 1/2 cream to 1/2 broth plus some dill, butter and salt and pepper. Some remove the raw meat from the shells before they boil them and sauté the meat in a pan with shallots and butter till just pink and then add it at the very end so the meat doesn't over cook and get tough. h.h.
