Trying to clean up the rest of my venison before I start re-stocking the freezer. Just whipped up a batch of this: A little olive oil and minced garlic in the skillet. One package of venison steak sliced cross grain in small chunks. Broccoli, carrots, water chesnuts, snow peas, celery and any other veggies you like. Cook until the veggies are done, a little crunchy still, not mushy.
Good stuff and good for you. I think I lost about five pounds eating it.
