Decatur, I agree, raccoon fixed correctly is good as is muskrat(one time called marsh rabbit in Fine Chicago restaraunts) if you remove the fat and remove the scent glands.

back in the dey ... ..turkey scout and raporter went on a fishing trip in arkansas, bob had relatives there and they invited us to a venison dinner, this meal was the worst tasting venison i had ever eaten, we are very lucky in indiana to have great tasting deer, no sage brush around here...the fishing was great.... smallmouth bass fishing in the caddo river was fabulous. ....turkey scout
