I've never used gloves. Never really saw a need.

If I've got gloves I use them, if not then I don't worry about it. I try to get them but sometimes forget until it's too late.

Never even consider it. I rarely have cuts on my hand till I dress a deer then I usally get nicked by a bone on tip and gloves wouldn't matter then. Plus to me it's more a part of it barehanded.

I keep latex gloves in my pack as well, like semisneak said: better safe than sorry.

If I could find a good pair that is elbow length and has "the feel" still in them I would try a pair.

It's a good idea to wear them, but I do well not to forget more important things like my flashlight or my gutting knife most of the time.
