Yeah I had Duke winning 1 game as well, but as it has been stated, I'm glad to see them gone.

Anyone pick Duke to win it all? If someone did, they should be forced to chain smoke an entire carton of cigarettes since their home state is the biggest tobacco producer in the country.

I went 14 for 16 opening day..... Dang, I should have put some green down on these games in Vegas! I'll be in good shape if my picks do the same today!

With the talent Duke and North Carolina gets the only game they should ever lose is when they play each other.

Did OI pick Gonzaga? He has a Gonzaga email address. Whoever did should have to eat his weight in marijuana and psychedelic 'shrooms.

I went 13 - 3, so lets see what today brings. That IU game was a pretty good one last night. I am also glad to see Duke out of it.

In my group pool in Tipton, 16 for 16 first day, and yes sports fans, I did pick VCU over Duke...
This year, I used the RPI Away stats along with some of the Vegas lines, instead of straight RPI, and it seems to be working good so far... only one I've missed this afternoon was the VA/Albany game...
Wisconsin better get going...

I was tied for 1st as of first night, and will see later today... dropped 3 yesterday... Creighton upset didn't happen, and Purdue showed up for their game, then Kentucky took Villanova, so missed those... so 29-3 after full first round...
The weekend is when things will get interesting, as some of the top seeds seemed to have trouble getting going against the >11 seeds... only a couple of blowouts...
I know a lot of guys have Florida, OSU, UNC and UCLA winning it, but I think Pitt, Tenn, and Georgetown are going to give folks fits... and then you've got dark horse teams like IU that if they get red hot from 3, can do some damage to some brackets... the team that faced Maryland in the final a few years back had no business being there stat-wise, but as I was telling the guys last night... something about teams from the state of Indiana that once they get into a tournament, you just never know... maybe time to dust off a copy of "Hoosiers" and watch it before tonights 8pm tipoff between IU and UCLA...
GO HOOSIERS!!!!!
